- PR No: IQC09265009026. NSNs are 2840-00-060-0110 and 2840-00-060-0132, Arm, Vane Acutating. This solicitation is for award of a commercial indefinite delivery purchase order. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. The estimated annual quantity for 2840-00-060-0110 is 3,276 ea and the max annual quantity is 4,914 ea. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 819 ea for the base year only. Delivery is 107 days after approval of first article samples. The estimated annual quantity for 2840-00-060-0132 is 5,256 ea and the max annual quantity is 7,884 ea. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 1,314 ea for the base year only. Delivery is 200 days after approval of first article samples. FOB Origin applies. Inspection / Acceptance at Origin applies. First article testing and production lot testing applies. OEM is General Electric, CAGE 99207, PNs 5022T15G01 and 5022T16G01. Approved source is Barnes Group, CAGE 75440, PNs same as OEM. Other than full and open competition applies. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received before the solicitation closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
