Description
SOW for Bowling Ball Returns This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 and DFARS Change Notice 20090825. Reference number F1Q3LS9148A001BallReturns is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). To register, please visit http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors shall electronically complete FAR 52.212-3, Offer or Representations and Certification -- Commercial Items at Website http://www.bpn.gov/orca. Oral quotes will not be accepted. Quotes must be submitted on an all or none basis. Your quote must include discount terms, delivery date, tax identification number, cage code, and DUNS number. This requirement is not set-aside to small business. NAICS code is 339920, size standard of 500 employees. Description of requirement: 0001 QubicaAMF Options Ball Return or Equal, Mfr Part # 612520087, Ball rack height is 5" taller than industry standard, glow-in-the-dark gray hood and rails, alternate left/right ball distribution placement for bowler convenience, ball rack storage for 11 balls, hood is easy to remove - providing quick access to the power-lift motor for maintenance, motor and control box above the lane level for easy access and maintenance, heavy duty solid state power-lift motor with the ability to lift 5 balls at once. 6 - EA. 0002 QubicaAMF Options Lower Rack or Equal, Mfr Part # 612520005, Lower ball storage rack provides capacity for 10 more balls. 6 - EA. 0003 Qubica Ball Return Spare Parts Kit or Equal, Mfr Part # 612520090, Kit consisting of the most wearing parts, including belts and bearings. 1 - EA. 0004 Installation in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1). Additional Instructions: 1. Equal products are acceptable; if quoting on an alternate system, please include all specifications in the quotation. 2. IAW with paragraph 2.0 of the SOW, please submit drawings, a detailed cost estimate, and execution narrative. This documentation will be used to support and verify the contractor's cost estimate and proposed construction methods. 3. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. (ii) price (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer, whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. (End of Provision) In order to be considered for an award, an offeror must have completed the online electronic Representations and Certifications located at http://orca.bpn.gov/ in accordance with FAR 4.1201(a). This is a best-value procurement. Award will be made to the offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is determined to be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion. Offeror shall submit all information with offer as required in 52.212-1.
