- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation--FA4877-09-Q-0809-- is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 Defense Circular Number 20090825 Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0803 This procurement is being issued UNRESTRICTED under: NAICS code 811310. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, supervision, materials, equipment, and management to provide the following: 1. Purchase, Deliver, and install a 3 ton underhung bridge crane meeting the following minimum specifications: BRIDGE TROLLEY --3 TON MAX LOAD CAPACITY RATED --SOFT START --460V / 3 PHASE TWIN 2.5HP DRIVE MOTORS WITH A MAX TRAVEL SPEED OF 70' PER MINUTE TO COVER A 34'4" RAIL SPAN ELECTRIC CHAIN HOIST ASSEMBLY --3 TON MAX LOAD CAPACITY RATED --2 SPEED LIFTING --MINIMUM CHAIN LENGTH OF 14'5" MISC SPECS. --TROLLEY MUST MEET ANSI MH27.1-2003 DUTY SERVICE CLASS "C" --HOIST MUST MEET AMSE HST-1 DUTY CLASS "H3" Shipping (included in cost) will be to: 4205 S.
