- United States Government Seeks to Leased Office Space In Stevens Point, WI The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 20,585 Rentable Square Feet in Stevens Point, WI. The space must yeild 16,300-17,900 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Maria Drive East: Brilowski Road South: HH (aka River Ave) West: Michigan Ave The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 01,2010. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
