Description

The attached Air Cargo Screening Qualification Test (ACSQT) broad agency announcement reflects a amendment to the previous amendment 03 in sections 4.3.1 The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is initiating Qualification Test (QT) activities to qualify air cargo screening devices. The TSA will place devices that successfully pass the qualification test activities onto a Qualified Technologies List (QTL) for regulated parties to use when purchasing or leasing air cargo screening equipment. Please see the attached document for specifics, including anticipated timelines, which vary per specific Qualification Group (QG). Additional instructions will be contained in an amendment corresponding to the unique GC. This amendment also introduces Qualification Groups 3 and 4 in Section 4.2.3 and 4.2.4 and their respective Qualification Timeline in Section 4.3.
