- For Information Purposes Only This action modifies an existing contract that provides support to augment NIEHS worker Education Training Program's current programatic capabilities and extend the span of the support services to organizations which serve target worker popluations that are engaged in hazardous waste operations and chemical emergency response. The statement of work is h modified to incorporate Subtask #4312 to Task No. 3 of the Contract to facilitate the transmission of technical information related to the development of safety and health programs for hazardous waste workers and emergency responders through web site development and maintenance as follows: Develop an automated information system in Oracle 10G Release 2 database/Cold Fusion MX 8 to assist with the receipt, review, assignment and award of administrative supplements. Objective 1: Initial Pay Line Module - Primarily a reporting module, this tool provides core staff with the following tools for evaluating the applications prior to the detailed review process. Objective 2: Program Officer Assessment - Similar to prioritization module, this module presents Program Officers with a hit list of applications to review. Objective 3: Reviewer Assignment Module - Will be functionally based on NIH ECB "meeting assignment" screen in the ECB CAM system. Objective 4: Editorial Review Module - Provides tools so that assigned reviewers can perform the review functions. Objective 5: Completion of Review and Final Awards - These software components will require the creation of detailed reports for each functional group involved in the final review and award process. Objective 6: Auditing and Reports - Systems must be capable of providing detailed audit reports on the entire review process.
