- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service intends to make an award under Commercial Items, FAR Part 12 to REALM BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, INC, Houston, TX under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The services are for the Fair Market Value Program. The proposed order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 511210. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider all responses received by 5:00pm. EST, Monday, September 28, 2009. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
