Description
PR No: IQC09264009012. NSN is 2995-01-120-8715, Detector, Chip, Electronic. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite delivery purchase order. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. The estimated annual quantity is 1,008 ea and the max annual quantity is 1,512 ea. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 252 ea for the base year only. FOB Destination applies. Inspection / Acceptance at Origin applies. OEM is General Electric Co, CAGE 99207, PN 3033T30G01. Approved source is Eaton Aerospace, CAGE 97484, PN 1D463. Other than full and open competition applies. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services.
