- Description
- The U.S. Coast Guard, Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC intends to issue a sole source contract to Auto-Trol Technology, Westminister, CO. The contract will be awarded using FAR Part 12 for Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance will be October 1, 2009 -September 30, 2010. The contract will be firm fixed-price. The requirement is to provide technical illustration software capabilities to necessary ALC personnel. This requirement is for software and maintenance support for current operating systems. Award will be made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A solicitation will not be issued. The Coast Guard intends to solicit only with Auto-Trol Technology. Interested persons may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received By September 24, 2009 @ 12:00 p.m.
