Description

Wage Determination Appendix C Performance Work Statement The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation and other incidentals necessary to re-brick the furnace door and replace the door seal gasket on Furnace #9 at Tinker AFB OK. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services, materials provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms, and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All contractors are required to be registered in the Dodd Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award.
