Im assuming the government will pour the footers as agreed upon per the engineering drawings. Answer: If any of the buildings require footers to support the crane structure, it is the responsibility of the selected quoter to design and install them. We, the government, will review the design and calculations of the proposed footers prior to the actual installation. Question 5: After evaluation of the existing building appurtances -existing building components such as; Sprinklers, lights, HVAC etc. need to be relocated-Who is responsible? The Government or the vendor? Answer: The relocation/alterations of any existing building appurtances will be the responsibility of the vendor. Question 6: Does the Government currently have any soil analysis? Answer: Not known at this time, the Government could find out who constructed (new buildings only) and determine if it was done.
