Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3H3G39225A001 is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290. The business size standard is 750. Offeror shall provide the items listed below as brand name or equal to. If the items are not brand name than the offeror shall provide documentation to verify that the supplied items meet the brand name or equal specifications. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: 1.Firecom vehicle intercom system or equal to: a.Installation charge to install equipment b.Base Intercom Unit-Two person radio-transmit position intercom system. Can be used as stand alone or as an addition to any 30XXR series intercom system.P/N: 210 106-0271-10 (2 ea) c.Base Intercom Unit-Touch pad adjustable volume, advanced noise reduction circuitry, rugged steel casing, 12-volt nominal power supply. Auxiliary Input/Output for optional devices. P/N: 3010R Intercom; 106-1310-10 (11 ea) d.Under helmet radio transmit headset-Adjustable volume, noise canceling electret microphone, adjustable headstrap, flex-style boom rotates for left or right dress, comfortable left or right dress, comfortable liquid foam ear seals. 24 dB NRR (Red PTT located on dome). P/N: UH-10; 105-0192-00 (31 ea) e.Intercom only headset-All features of the UH-10, but for intercom only communication with a momentary push and hold PTT (black PTT) P/N: UH-20; 105-0193-00 (12 ea) f.Headset plug-in module-Headset plug-in module for interior mounting in apparatus. Single plug. Comes complete with cable, connectors, and grommets. P/N: HM-10 (37 ea) g.Handheld radio interface for XTS-5000R P/N: HH-22X (12 ea) h.Water resistant plug in module-Water esistant plug in module for headset at exterior positions. Snap-tight spring-hinged lid protects against moisture, comes with standard 50' cable. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
