Description

The National Naval Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 13.5) with B-K Medical Systems, Inc., 250 Andover Street, Wilmington, MA 01887-1048, as the only source that can provide the B-K Medical ultrasound scanners and systems in conjunction with existing B-K ultrasounds at two Naval Medical Centers. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334510 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No phone calls accepted.
