THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER existing Architect-Engineer IDIQ contract VA243-P-0220 competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6.THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT COMPETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BROOKS ACT AND FAR 36.6. VISN 3, NY Harbor Healthcare System intends to issue a task order against existing Contract Number VA243-P-0220. This contract has been previously competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architect-Engineer Services, and awarded as an Architect-Engineer Service Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
