- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ (IN THE DELINEATED AREA AS DEFINED BELOW) PROJECT #: 9NJ2029 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 1,634 rentable square feet in Atlantic County, NJ in the delineated area as defined below. The space should yield a minimum of 1,421 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require three (3) secure covered parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: South on Route 30 (White Horse Pike) South: North on Route 559 East: South West on Atlantic Avenue to Route 152-Longport Somers Point Boulevard West: East on Route 50 The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
