- RECOVERY This announcemt is based off of the sources sought announcement A2551099028 - Recovery Software Mobile Device. This announcement A255109902A is in regards to Solicitation N2551099028 RECOVERY - Mobile Device Application and Service. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N2551099028.
