Description: TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis with Altair Engineering, Inc of 1820 E. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48083-2031. The purpose of this procurement is to renew an existing Altair Engineering Hyperworks maintenance covering all maintenance releases on the software package along with administrative and techhnical support. It is currently being used on the network and offers high performance visualization and graphics capability as well as a graphing tool which allows engineers to accurately graph, analyze and interpret test data quickly and efficiently. The negotiated contract will be a firm fixed price with an estimated award value of $199,500.00. Proposals you wish to submit must be received by the point of contact by 4:00 p.m. September 18, 2009.
