THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER HVAC MACC GROUP 0032, N68711-03-D-7004 INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, AND REPAIR BY DESIGN-BUILD OR (TO A LESSER EXTENT) DESIGN-BID-BUILD OF HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR-CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEMS CONSTRUCTION, REPAIRS, MAINTAINENCE AND ASSOCIATED WORK AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST DIVISION AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, NEVADA AND NEW MEXICO. Source Selection procedures were used with the intent to award a firm-fixed price construction task order to the responsible Offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP), was the most advantageous and offered the best value to the government, price schedule, and other factors considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the annual size standard is $14 million. The cost limitation for The Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for Base Item 1 was $2,222,439.The Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) for Base Item 2 was $1,201,075. The Government evaluated proposals and awarded without discussions. Selection for award was based on evaluation of the following: Factor 1 -Technical Management Approach, Factor 2- Schedule, and Factor 3 - Price. Award will be made to Souza Construction, Inc. under contract number N68711-05-D-4011-0018.
