THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO.TWO (2)TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FORS-BAND TDRSS DIPLEXER.Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. Thisnotice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendmentwill not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to update previous response to vendor question, respondto additional vendor questions, extend the period of performance, and attach aspecification sheet for this requirement.The due date for receipt of offers IS extended to 09/18/09.QUESTION 1: What is the maximum insertion loss?UPDATED RESPONSE: Insertion Loss Channel 1:0.6dB MAX,Insertion Loss Channel 2:0.6dB MAXQUESTION 2: Is there a particular size required?UPDATED RESPONSE: Not to exceed 6" Long x 2" wide x 3" Tall.QUESTION 3: What is the operating temperature range?
