Description

For informational purposes only: This notice is a preliminary notification that the 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to issue an addendum to the Justification and Approval (J&A) dated 30 June 2009, of the sole-source procurement to C.C. Distributers. This Addendum will increase the estimated value of the J&A from $1,200,000 to $2,700,000 for a total increase of $1,500,000. IAW FAR 6.305 “Availability of the Justification” the approved addendum to the J&A will be posted within 14 days on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) via a special notice. All inquiries on this action must be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by facsimile (229 257-4032) or email to eric.spychalski@moody.af.mil or lori.riley@moody.af.mil NO LATER THAN 17 Sep 09 @ 1:00 P.M. The point of contact for this solicitation is Eric Spychalski or Lori Riley. This is NOT a Request for Proposals and does NOT constitute any commitment by the Government. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions.
