Description

811213 Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for maintenance / repair of Motorola communication equipment for site development at the El Paso division. Requires building/zoning/electrical permitting, PE stamped documentation, construction of 6'X6' concrete pad, electrical work to support outdoor enclosure conduit and pull for Telco circuit to enclosure, bolting and parts for outdoor. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, September 16, 2009 to email sheila.y.rivera@usdoj.gov, Contract Specialist or via fax 703.495.6680. All communications concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 3:00 p.m. eastern time, not later than 2 calendar days after the publication date of the notice.
