Description

This special notice is issued to communicate to industry that the The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4 will award a sole source contract to Innolog, 2010 Corporate Ridge, 9th Floor, McLean, VA 22101 on or about September 12, 2009 for information management support to the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4.The period of performance will be for one month. The authority cited for this sole source award is 10 USC 2304(C) (1) or 41 USC 253(C) (1); FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Services can only be provided from the original source as this is a follow-on requirement for the continued provision of highly specialized services. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Army Contracting Agency. The POC for this notice is Toye Latimore, Contracting Officer, Email: toye.y.latimore@us.army.mil. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The place of performance will be Alexandria, Virginia. Contractor personnel will require a SECRET clearance. No telephonic inquires will be accepted.
