Description

PR IQC08161009037. Amendment 0003 to Request for Proposal SPM4A6-09-R-0006 will be issued on September 11, 2009. Amendment 0003 changes the item descriptions for all NSNs and extends the closing date to September 18, 2009. Amendment 0003 also changes the guaranteed minimum, minimum delivery order, maximum delivery order, estimated annual demand and maximum annual quantities for all NSNs. Amendment 0002 to Request for Proposal SPM4A6-09-R-0006 was issued on July 30, 2009. Amendment 0002 changed the RFP to an unrestricted procurement and extended the closing date to August 12, 2009. Amendment 0001 to Request for Proposal SPM4A6-09-R-0006 was issued on June 25, 2009. Amendment 0001 contained NSNs 4235-01-423-0711, 4235-01-423-1463, 4235-01-423-1465, 4235-01-423-1466, 4235-01-423-1467, and 4235-01-423-2787. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 264 BX. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 66 BX and applies to the base year only. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 672 BX. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 168 BX and applies to the base year only. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 156 BX. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 39 BX and applies to the base year only. NSN 4235-01-423-2787, Boom, Spill Containment, Hazardous Material-approved sources CAGE 05CA7, P/N NSS10; CAGE 04WN4, P/N 21470; and CAGE 07TH4, P/N 21470. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 12 BX. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 3 BX and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Formal cost and pricing data is not required. Subcontracting plan is not required. EEO clearance is not required. NSNs are not Critical Safety Items. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Award may be a single or multiple award.
