Description
Statement of Work This is a request for information for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for information. Your responses will be treated as information only and shall not be used as a quote. This request for information document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36 and DFARS Change Notice 20090825. Reference number F1Q3LS9148A001BowlingBallReturns is issued as a request for information (RFI). The government does not intend to award a contract at this time or to otherwise pay for the information requested but needs to obtain price, delivery, cage code, federal tax ID, DUNS number and socio-economic information. Description of requirements: 0001 QubicaAMF Options Ball Return or equal, Mfr Part # 612520087, Ball rack height is 5" taller than industry standard, glow-in-the-dark gray hood and rails, alternate left/right ball distribution placement for bowler convenience, ball rack storage for 11 balls, hood is easy to remove - providing quick access to the power-lift motor for maintenance, motor and control box above the lane level for easy access and maintenance, heavy duty solid state power-lift motor with the ability to lift 5 balls at once. 6 - EA. 0002 QubicaAMF Options Lower Rack or equal, Mfr Part # 612520005, Lower ball storage rack provides capacity for 10 more balls. 6 - EA. 0003 Qubica Ball Return Spare Parts Kit or equal, Mfr Part # 612520090, Kit consisting of the most wearing parts, including belts and bearings. 1 - EA. 0004 Installation in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1 to RFI). Additional Instructions: 1. Equal products are acceptable; if quoting on an alternate system, please include all specifications in the quotation. 2. IAW with paragraph 2.0 of the SOW, please submit drawings, a detailed cost estimate, and execution narrative. This documentation will be used to support and verify the contractor's cost estimate and proposed construction methods. Written request for information must be received no later than Tuesday, Sep 15 at 4:00 PM EST.
