- ETVS Statement of Work dated 20 August 2009 The 434th Contracting Squadron, Grissom ARB, Indiana is soliciting offers for a contemplated purchase on a commercial Firm-Fixed Price contract for four (4) each ETVS display units with installation as listed below. NOTE: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS UNDER A CONTRACT. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION AT NO COST TO THE GOVERNMENT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the contemplated purchase of commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is F5D3029212AC03. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334418 with a size standard of 500 employees. This proposed acquisition is unrestricted. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement consists of the following items: CLIN 0001 (4 EA) - Enhanced Terminal Voice Switch (ETVS) TRACON position kits, consisting of: 259252-001 TRACON TED, 1 ea. 110997-007 POTS Module, 1 ea. 110666-001 Speaker Module, 1 ea. 110678-003 Jackbox, 1 ea. 325996-026 CCA Operator, 1 ea. Position Cable Kit (12 ft) BRAND NAME or EQUAL. Delivery prior to installation, installation within 180 days of contract award. CLIN 0002 (1 EA) - Installation services of the four (4) ETVS TRACON positions kits. Installation to be within 180 days of contract award. Installation per Statement of Work (SOW) dated 20 August 2009. Delivery of these items is required F.O.B., Grissom ARB, IN. Final inspection will be at Grissom ARB, IN.
