- The proposed contract action is for Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) and is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared In Accordance With (IAW) FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The RFQ number is N0025909T0537. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541511Custom Computer Programming Services. The proposed contract action is for Web Based Learning Management System (LMS) to support of NMCSD training requirements. Period of Performance is 1 October 2009 - 20 September 2010. All quotes shall include price(s) (unit price, extended price, total price), confirmation of required delivery timeframe, a point of contact: name, phone number & email, Cage Code, Duns # and GSA contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the quoter to meet all specifications and requirements. Responses to this solicitation are due by 1:00 P.M. EST on September 18, 2009. Offers can be emailed to Melisa.Aguon@med.navy.mil and reference the aforementioned RFQ on your quote. Contracting Officer is N. Noble. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
