- United States Government Seeks Leased Office Space In Denver, CO Star #: 9CO2241-American Reinvestment Recovery Act (ARRA Related The United States Government seeks to lease office space and related space consisting of approximately 105,946 rentable square feet in Denver, CO. The space should yield 91,946 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed space must be located within the delineated area included in the requirement: Delineated Area: City Limits of Denver North: The center line of 20 th street. West: The center of the alley of Larimer Street. South: The center of Colfax Street East: The center of Lincoln Street The proposed lease is for three (3) years, three (3) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1 st, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
