Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN LAS CRUCES, NM STAR #: 6NM0079 The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous mixed use space in Las Cruces, NM. The space offered must consist of approximately 3,181 rentable square feet, including approximately 1,481 rentable square feet of office space and approximately 1,700 rentable square feet of warehouse space. The office space should yield 1,288 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed space should also include a fenced wareyard consisting of approximately 3,600 rentable square feet. The Government will require fifteen (15) surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the city limits of Las Cruces, NM as delineated area. The proposed lease is for five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1st, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
