- RECOVERY -- PER FAR 5.7, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE, FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: W91278-09-D-0047, Inland Dredging Company, Inc. This IDIQ contract was previously competed under FAR Part 14 and awarded on 18 May 09 to Inland Dredging Company, Inc. The Corps of Engineers intends to issue a firm-fixed priced modification to Task Order 0001 for maintenance dredging of shoals within the navigation channel on and along the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway.
