- **The questions asked if the base would provide water for the contractor to fill their trucks up in order to wash the planes has been changed. The base has agreed to provide the water to the contractor for their trucks to use when washing the planes. Airpark Maintenance contract with two option years. Site visit will be 3 Sept, 2009 at 0800. All contractors will meet in the gravel parking lot next to the air park (for further location guidance please see attached map). The site visit is strongly suggested. Please notify me if you plan to attend. Base access will not be required since the airpark is not located on the base but just before the Shiloh gate. All bids must be submitted to electronically or by fax. If faxing bid in please call to verify receipt. Please see attached RFQ and SOW for detailed list of expectations. Submit your total quote on the attached RFQ document pg 3 and fill out the appropriate sections (boxes 17a & 30a-30c) on page 1. Also, it is required that all offerors fill out the information requested in attachment 2.
