- The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) intends to award a sole source contract to Enabling Technologies under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Enabling Technologies will provide backup for the Headquarters Avaya Modular Messaging Voice Mail System. Enabling Technologies has indicated that if a third party provides the System Backup, the warranty on the server will be voided. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however all responses received before the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Information received will also be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
