Description
RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT, DOLJ09QA00002. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to the Adams & Associates, Inc under contract number DOLJ09QA00002. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management on behalf of the Office of Job Corps intends to award a modification in the amount of $23,598 to the Exeter Job Corps Center, operated by Adams & Associates. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The funding is within the not-to-exceed ceiling for Career Technical Skills Training on this contract. It would be impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification, since the modification is to an existing Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract (Cost Reimbursement Contract). The funding is intended to correct the following facility deficiencies identified as Green Initiative Projects: Campus Grounds Restoration. The operator of the Exeter center will utilize these funds to make available additional Career Technical Skills Training opportunities to the students of the Exeter Job Corps Center. The operator of the Exeter Job Corps Center will not procure the services through subcontracting opportunities. This Modification has been awarded on September 10, 2009.
