- This is a modification to the Pre-Solicitation Notice entitled NNK09308380RDemolition of the Fixed Service Structure and Rotating Service Structure at LaunchComplex 39B dated Aug 20, 2009. You are notified that the following changes are made:1. The solicitation, drawings package and specifications are available only through theFederal Business Opportunities website, (FEDBIZOPPS) (http://www.fbo.gov). No hardcopies, CDs or other media will be provided by the Government. It is the responsibilityof the offerors to download the documents listed in the solicitation from the website.2. The acquisition will be conducted under full and open competition procedures allowingmaximum participation from large and small businesses. This procurement is part of theSmall Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS Code and small businesssize standard for this procurement are 238910 and $14.0M, respectively. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy ofthe solicitation and amendments (if any).End of Modification.
