DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 3,220 rentable square feet of contiguous office space yielding a minimum of 2,800 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (previously usable). Second floor space or above is required. GSA requires six (6) reserved parking spaces for use by Government employees. Moderately priced eateries and other employee services must be located within one-quarter mile of the site. TENANT: US Probation Office LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the following delineated areas of Oxnard and Ventura, California. Ventura: North: East Main Street East: Portola Road South: Ortega Street West: Callens Road Oxnard: North: W. 2nd Street East: Meta Street/Donlon Avenue South: W. Wooley Road West: S. D Street Both sides of boundary streets shall be considered. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for five (5) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern office space. The space shall be altered to meet the Government’s requirements, shall have a fully serviced rent structure, shall be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and shall conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Government prefers contiguous space. Second floor space or above is required.
