- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are requested. Submit original quotes to MICC-Doc Ft. Dix, ATTN: Lorna Baptiste-Jones, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Ft. Dix, New Jersey 08640-5097. Electronic versions of quotes will not be accepted. Quotes are due no later than 2:00 P.M. (EST) on 15 Sep 09. The Government is utilizing a written solicitation to facilitate quote preparation and evaluation. The required contents of the quotes are outlined in detail in the Addendum to 52.212-1. The solicitation RFQ number is W911S1-09-T-0050, and it will be posted to the FedBizOpps website (https://fbo.gov.) on or about September 10, 2009. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, as well as all future information pertaining to this requirement, will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) website: https://fbo.gov. Interested vendors are encouraged to register for notices of amendments through the FBO link provided above. Vendors who do not register to receive notices have a responsibility to check the website periodically for changes to the RFQ. This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition to perform Relocation Services of Pre-Shelter, at Ft. Dix, New Jersey. Services are needed immediately upon receipt of award, and shall be completed within 30 days of receipt of award. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 332311, and the Small Business size standard is limited to 500 employees. The procurement will be conducted utilizing commercial item procedures IAW FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.5, and FAR Part 15. The Government will award one Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the performance of these services. The source selection process will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). All offerors shall meet the following requirements: Have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; Have an active registration status in Central Contractor Registration (CCR); and have a valid registration to submit invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Government will not reimburse offerors for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. No further notice will be issued; therefore, interested parties should monitor the FedBizOpps website for changes.
