- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N68836-10-T-5296 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Set-aside for Small Business. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. 0001 Rotella T 15W40 multigrade CI-4 plus motor oil (SB1030) - 4 deliveries for a 500 gallon tank - 2,000 gallons0002 Bulk Kendall Hyken 052 farm hydraulic fluid (KD2285) - 4 deliveries for a 280 gallon tank - 1,120 gallons0003 Rotella T 15W40 multigrade CI-4 plus motor oil, 55 gallon drums (SB1140) - 18 drums. Delivery point: Armored Fighting Vehicle Support Facility, Bldg 2038, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA 31547.Interested vendors must submit offers no later than 25 September 2009 in order to be considered. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, "Instructions of Offerors", applies to this acquisition with the addendum that offerors are required to submit warranty information and parts availability with offers; the clause at FAR 52.212-4, "Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items" apply to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-5, "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition along with those that are applicable inside this clause such as (b)(i) 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside; (b)(24) 52.225-13, Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases; (b)(29) 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration; DFAR 252.204-7004 "Required Central Contractor Registration"; 252.212-7001 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items" along with 252.225-7001, "Buy American Act and Balance o! f Payment Program"; DFAR 252.232-7003, "Electronic Submission of Payment Requests" (Wide Area Work Flow - http://www.wawf.eb.mil ) Quotes are due no later than 1000 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on September 25, 2009.
