- Contractor to provide all labor and materials to complete Recovery Act Project 568-09-207 Remodel Primary Care at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. Work will consist of remodeling the existing Primary Care on Ground Floor Building 12. Area of construction is approximately 5,500 square feet. Work will consist of general demolition, mechanical and electrical work. Construction estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Solicitations packages will be available approximately May 8, 2009. There is a $100.00 refundable deposit required for the bidding documents. Written requests for the bidding documents are to be forwarded to the attention of the Contracting Officer, (Log-Con-HS), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. This procurement is set aside for certified 8(a) firms. Applicable NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
