- Attachment 3 NM2 Wage Determination Attachment 2 Area MAP Attachment 1 Statment of Need Solicitation for Project Construct Livestock Water Tank and Well Melrose Air Force Range New Mexico 1. This Contract is issued as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The project shall include all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and services necessary for the installation of two 25 foot fiberglass open-top livestock water storage tanks and removal of exiting 6 foot steel rim tank on the Melrose Air Force Range, New Mexico. 2. The total performance period for this project will be 60 calendar days after the issuance of the NTP. Adverse weather days will be available if necessary. Weather days will be applied for by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Officer. Both the Contractor and the Government shall track weather days. 3. The Specification are in the Statement of Work (2 Pages) for this project, Attachment 1. 4. The Drawings/Work Area Diagram, (1 Page) is included in this order as Attachment 2. 5. There is no Materials Submittals requirement included with this order. 6. Davis-Bacon wage rate will apply to this contract. The most current wage determination, New Mexico NM2 24 pages dated 24 Jul 09 will apply and is included in this order as Attachment 3. 7. Payment and performance bonds are not required. Notice to proceed will be issued after contract award. 8. If interested in this solicitation, a site-visit will be held 17 October 2009 10:00 am at the project performance location Melrose AF Range, Melrose New Mexico. 9. The New Mexico gross receipts tax is required for this project.
