- NASA/GSFC has a requirement for two (2) FLIR ISC0404 Read out Integrated Circuit(ROIC) die.One wafer with s/n 42 with 19 A-grade die and one wafer with s/n 20 with 1A-grade die.Or equivalent with the following specifications:The devices shall be designed to have a detector chip bump bonded to the topsurface.The ROIC shall be fabricated on silicon using standard CMOS technology.The die shall have 1024 rows by 1024 columns format.The pixel pitch shall be equal to or greater than 18 microns and less than orequal to 26 microns.The charge well capacity shall be greater than 300,000 electrons.The read noise shall be less than 300 electrons.There shall be 16 separate output channels.The minimum frame rate shall be 20Hz.The device shall allow for charge integration during readout.A user guide shall be provided detailing all of the salient characteristics ofthe device and to aid in programming the operation of the device.A Graphic Data System (GDSII) data file of the device structure that includes thedesign of the top layer of contact metallization shall be provided.This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are beingrequested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors are required to usethe On-Line RFQ system to submit their quote. The On-line RFQ system is linked above orit may be accessed at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=. The information required by FAR Subpart 12.6 is included in the on-line RFQ.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing (e-mail is preferred)no later than September 15, 2009. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this sitefor the release of amendments (if any). Potential quoters will be responsible fordownloading their own copy of this notice, the on-line RFQ and amendments (if any).An ombudsman has been appointed - See NASA Specific Note "B".Any referenced notes may be viewed at the following URLs link below.
