- Description
- The Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 754th Electronic Systems Group, MAFB-Gunter Annex AL, intends to award a sole source contract to Microsoft Corporation for consulting services in support of the Microsoft products acquired and in use under the AF Microsoft Enterprise Licensing Agreement. This contract action is for services for which the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302, in accordance with the attached approved Justification and Approval. An estimated twenty-two month contract requirement is contemplated, which will consist of a 9.5 month base period, a 6.5 month first option period and a 6 month second option period. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Please submit all questions, in writing via email, to annette.hudson@gunter.af.mil by close of business 10 Sep 2009.
