- Attachment 1 - Configuration and Reports Amendment #1 FDA solicitation # FDA-SOL-09-1062794 1. Question: Can we get a copy of the current configuration of your Avaya system so we can design the upgrade? We will also need to know types of existing telephone sets to see if they can be reused with the call center application. Answer: The current configuration of our Avaya system is provided as an attachment. The type of existing telephones is Visual Softphones Version 5.0.287. 2. Question: Is there a voice mail system: Answer: No 3. Question: Are you requiring screen pop functionality? Or is this a part of the needs assessment? Answer: If this question is referring to screen population; yes, we are requiring screen population functionality. 4. Question: In anticipating traffic loads, are you requesting an additional T1 just to accommodate calls for the 20 agents? Answer: No 5. Question: What is the sold to number? Answer: The sold to number is 5034135 6. Question: Can we dial into the switch or have Avaya dial in to obtain the required reports from the switch? Answer: No. 7. Question: Who is your current maintenance with? Answer: We do not have maintenance on our current system. 8. Question: Can you please provide the type of coverage you currently have? Answer: We do not have maintenance on our current system. 9. Question: Please provide the following reports to all bidders regarding the current switch configuration of your Communications Manager Release 2.x call processing software hosted on an S8300 server and ???? media gateway: List Configuration All, Display System Parameters – Customer Options 10. Question: If we can not dial in can you please provide all the PIP reports from the switch? 11. Question: I request to have the following reports for the Avaya system that needs to be upgraded: Cust Options Screen, List Config All, and Display Capacity Answer to 9, 10, and 11: Please see attachment with requested reports. Offerors are advised that the Government is not interested in an approach based on what the Government has at this moment. Offerors should propose based on what has been requested in the RFQ. It is anticipated that the needs assessment will better define the types of customization and reporting that will be needed in the future. 12. Question: In addition to the Avaya Application Enablement Services (AES) server, 3 additional windows servers are required: Interactive Domain Server (IDS), SQL server for contact center express, and server for all other applications. Does the Government want the vendor to provide these servers as part of a turnkey solution, or are they Government furnished? Answer: The Statement of Work indicates that the Government presently has an Avaya server. That is the only “Government Furnished” server available.
