- Description
- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command-Fort Bragg intends to issue a contract under other than full and open competition to the Corporate Executive Board for membership in the Learning & Development Roundtable for one year, with the option to renew for a second and third year. Membership is for the Defense Civilian Personnel Management Services (CPMS). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). The Corporate Executive Board (CEB) delivers authoritative data and tools, best practices research, and peer insight to the leaders of the world's great enterprises. With more than 300,000 corporate best practices, 1,500 benchmarking datasets, and 11,500 analytical tools, all powered by the world's pre-eminent executive network, the Corporate Executive Board serves executives, management, and professional staff across a variety of disciplines (including Human Resources and Training/Development). Members include the world's top corporations, financial services institutions, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations. Membership in CEB provides member-guided research data. CEB is the only known source capable of providing the required membership. The North American Industrial Classification system (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 813920, and the size standard is $7M. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Inquires will only be accepted via email to renee.m.krahenbuhl@us.army.mil. The government will consider responses received by 1:00 p.m., EDT, September 15, 2009. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. No telephone requests will be honored.
