Sole Source Justification for Nuance Voice Directory The Defense Logistics Agency, Contracting Services Office - Battle Creek intends to place a sole source award to Nuance Communications, Inc., One Wayside Road, Burlington, MA 01803, for Voice Directory Software Maintenance Renewal. A Sole Source Justification is attached to this notice. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are at destination Battle Creek, Michigan. Prospective offerors interested in quoting on the above requirement shall submit their quotation no later than 1 p.m. ET, September 15, 2009.
