Description

Sole Source J&A for Backscatter Van Maintenance Warranty This notice advises that the 15th Contracting Squadron, Hickam AFB, Oahu, Hawaii intends to award a sole source purchase order to American Science and Engineering, Inc for a warranty agreement for the backscatter van, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and is subject to the Availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. This notice is not a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposal procurement based on response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
