- Debris Removal from Stream Channels, Nine Locations, Pocahontas, Randolph Co., Arkansas DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work is for ice storm debris removal from stream channels, Sites 12 – 19 and 24. It consists of nine locations with a total of approximately 13,600 feet of channel cleanout. The work is located in the city limits of Pocahontas, Arkansas This procurement is set-aside for HUBZone small business firms. Magnitude of work is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will issue on or about September 5, 2009 on FedBizOpps and offers will be received on September 14, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Interested contractors are required to assure if any amendments to this solicitation have been issued prior to submitting an offer. Site showing is scheduled September 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Successful offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov, and must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) to receive a contract award. Failure to register in these systems may result in the offer not being considered for award.
