Description

Revised Itemized Listing The purpose of this amendment is to respond to contractor's questions and attach the revised itemized listing, 3 September 2009. 1. Question: Line item 3 (CSACSE-1113-K9) shows a qty of 8 however all the items that get configured into that line (lines 3A & 3B as well as 4 & 5) are all quantity 4. Line items 3-5 need to be the same quantity in order for this to be a valid Cisco configuration can you please advise if the qty should be 8 or 4? Response: Please see the revised itemized listing. The quantity has been changed from 8 to 4. 2. Question: Line item 8 (PWR-RPS2300) shows a qty of 8 however all the items that get configured into that item (lines 9 & 9A as well as 10) are showing a qty of 7. In order for this to be a valid Cisco configuration those lines should have the same qty. Can you please advise if the qty should be 7 or 8? Response: Please see the revised itemized listing. 3. Question: The correct part number for Smartnet to support line item 11 (WS-C3750G-24TS-E1U) should be CON-SNT-3750GE1U not CON-SNT-3750GTE can this change be made to line item 12? Response: The itemized listing has been updated to reflect the part number CON-SNT-3750GE1U.
