This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTE: ONCE REGISTERED IN ITSS, OFFERORS MUST SEND AN EMAIL TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER PROVIDING THE COMPANY NAME AND CONTACT PERSON PUT ON THE ITSS REGISTRATION. THIS IS NECESSARY SO THE ITSS SYSTEM CAN BE KEYED TO ACCEPT YOUR PROPOSAL.
