- Boiler Specifications Funds are not currently available for this requirement; However, a request for funding is included in the FY09 End of Year spend plan. Award is contingent upon funds becoming available on or before September 30, 2009. All quotes need to be valid until September 30, 2009. This is Total Small Business Set Aside Altus Air Force Base has a requirement for the following commercial service: Hot Water Boiler. See solicitation FA4419-09-T-0151 for the specifications required. All offeror doing business with the government MUST register in the DOD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database prior to receipt of submittals. Failure to register in the CCR database will render your firm ineligible for review and possible award. CCR registration may be accomplished online at http://www.ccr.gov. Additional information concerning CCR registration may be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423. All firms must also be registered with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website prior to receipt of submittals in order to be considered for award. This may be accomplished at http://orca.bpn.gov/.
