- Amendment Document SF 30 Amended solicitation document Amended SF 1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation PSA-09-PMD1 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This requirement will be a full and open competitive acquisition. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541720 with an applicable size standard of $7.0M. In accordance with the attached solicitation and Statement of Work, potential offerors are to conduct a risk assessment validation tool. The design will include protocols for data collection, timelines, control of extant variables, and detailed plans for the execution of the project. Central to this approach will be the study of the relationship between identified independent variables and the dependent variables that define pretrial misconduct. A Firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition and are incorporated in full text within this solicitation - 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Item shall be submitted if not available through ORCA at https://orca.bpn.gov/.
