- The VAMC Martinsburg, WV (Nutrition & Food Service and Veterans Canteen Service) and the VAMC Washington, DC (Nutrition & Food Service and Veterans Canteen Service) require milk and milk products for the period October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. The list of products will be available within the solicitation and will be posted to fedbizopps.gov. Offerors must provide a unit cost for each product along with a complete Commercial/Retail item list with the price of all milk and milk products available for purchase and any applicable discounts offered.
